About Us
BIG UA is a charitable organization established in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our organization was created in response to the severe aggression caused by the Russian forces. Our charity foundation is aimed and dedicated to execute humanitarian demining missions across all Ukrainian regions that are affected by military ordnances.
OUR TEAM
Our hardworking team consisting of staff and volunteers are committed to make an effort to bring peace back to our world. At BIG UA, we make a concrete impact by executing our missions effectively.
OUR HISTORY
When the line was crossed, and the occupying forces began their intrusion, our team was formed almost instantly. Since then, BIG UA’s team of staff and volunteers have been working relentlessly to begin conducting humanitarian demining missions.
OUR MISSION
More than a fifth of Ukraine's territory has been polluted by landmines and unexploded ordnances (UXO) left behind by Russia's occupying forces, including regions in the Donbas that have been mined since 2014. Our team is working around the clock to assist the Ukrainian people throughout the current conflict against Russia. Demining for humanitarian purposes will be essential to Ukraine's recovery and reconstruction operations. This covers the numerous fronts of explosive ordnance disposal.
